Mahindra has expanded the Thar Roxx lineup with the launch of the Star Edition, priced from Rs 16.85 lakh (ex-showroom). Based on the top-spec AX7L variant, this special edition brings a bold blacked-out theme, new colour choices, and premium interior updates, while retaining the same mechanicals.

Exterior & Interior Updates
On the outside, the Star Edition features a gloss-black grille, blacked-out alloy wheels, and a Star Edition badge on the C-pillar. Mahindra has also introduced a new Citrine Yellow shade, alongside existing colours such as Tango Red, Everest White, and Stealth Black.
Inside, the cabin adopts an all-black leatherette upholstery with suede inserts, replacing the lighter colour scheme of the standard Thar Roxx. Despite the cosmetic upgrades, the feature list remains unchanged from the AX7L trim.

Notably, the Star Edition is offered only in rear-wheel drive (RWD) and does not get the 4×4 system.
